• Expand RemotePik's client base • Work closely with Sales leadership • Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing • Exceed monthly quotas by sourcing new sales opportunities via demos, calls, and follow-ups • Maintain a demo conversion rate of 50% or higher and schedule 20 demos per week • Proactive prospecting by making 150 calls and 150 emails per week • Do thorough discovery to understand customer needs • Maintain pipeline and expand prospects database

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales • Strong understanding of market trends • Proven ability to close a sale and exceed sales quota expectations • Proven success at generating interest and converting scheduled meetings into clients • Passion & enthusiasm for RemotePik's mission • Tenacity and goal-oriented • Organization and proficiency in utilizing multiple technology platforms • Bonus Points: Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales in the US market, familiarity with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Salesforce, or similar
