📋 Description

• Architect the GTM operating system, including funnel definitions and operational SLAs. • Design and govern the forecasting and planning system. • Own CRM governance (HubSpot) to ensure data integrity. • Define commercial guardrails for pricing, discounting, and deal routing. • Establish Ambience’s quote-to-cash process and map workflows. • Partner with GTM leadership to identify funnel performance bottlenecks. • Publish definitions, codify processes, and build intuitive systems for revenue clarity. • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering to support reporting and workflow execution. • Stand up the first RevOps team and define its charter and talent needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy & Analytics, or equivalent roles in high-growth B2B or SaaS environments. • Experience building GTM systems and processes from 0 → 1. • Deep technical fluency in Salesforce and HubSpot. • Strong analytical and financial acumen. • Systems thinker with a focus on data integrity and operational precision. • Strong commercial judgment around pricing, discounting, and terms. • Excel in cross-functional leadership in complex environments. • Bachelor degree or higher preferred.
