📋 Description

• Take full ownership of a strategic customer portfolio, maintaining and further developing strong long-term relationships within the industrial packaging market, with a clear focus on growing share of wallet through sustainable, win-win value creation • Identify and develop new customers in existing and adjacent markets • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and objectives, translating these into new sales opportunities through a collaborative, value-driven approach • Demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with local, regional, and European colleagues across Sales, Operations, Product Management and R&D • Proactively identify opportunities for the development of standard or custom-made products and services that support both current requirements and future ambitions on the customer base

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ progressive and successful experience in sales or technical sales • Proven track record in acquiring new customers and building, expanding, and maintaining long-term business relationships • Strong sales mindset with high personal drive, resilience, and an entrepreneurial, solution-oriented approach • Strong communication skills in both German and English • Willingness to travel regularly within Western Germany and occasionally across Europe to attend customer meetings and industry conferences • Strong ability and willingness to learn new products, technologies and applications • Valid driving license (Category B) • Confident and experienced user of digital sales tools and CRM systems
