📋 Description

• Inspect racking/storage systems at customer sites domestically and, where applicable, abroad • Communicate with customers, inspectors and ADM, and provide technical processing and clarification of customer inquiries • Up-/cross-selling of BITO products during customer visits • Perform maintenance on PROmotion, PROmobile and LEO systems, including minor service tasks • Handle complaints and identify and implement solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an electrician (m/f/d) or mechatronics technician (m/f/d) with further qualification as an electrical specialist; alternatively, training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) — we provide the electrical specialist training • Experience performing maintenance and service work is an advantage • Good written and spoken English skills • Willingness to undertake extensive travel • Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills and a high degree of personal responsibility
