• Conduct qualification calls with prospects to understand their goals and challenges • Determine whether prospects meet the criteria for our services • Schedule strategy calls with closers for qualified prospects • Keep accurate records of interactions in HubSpot & Aircall • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality • Act as a lead hunter when necessary.
• Proven experience in sales, particularly in lead qualification or inside sales • Strong understanding of the sales process and lead qualification criteria • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and tools • Ability to analyze prospect needs and match them to our offerings • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot • Excellent listening skills and questioning techniques • Ability to quickly build trust and credibility • Confident and professional phone presence • Adaptability in handling different prospect profiles • German language skills at C1 level required.
