• Independent management and development of the assigned customer base within the defined territory • Analysis of dealer sales performance and identification of growth opportunities • Safeguarding/increasing sales through implementation of marketing measures • Advising dealers on improving Husqvarna visibility at the point of sale • Developing and implementing sales strategies in collaboration with other departments • Active market monitoring and participation in trade shows, events, and product presentations
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, agriculture, landscape management, or related disciplines, or a completed commercial or technical vocational training • Ideally, initial sales experience in specialist retail distribution • Enjoyment of selling technology and strong brands • Results-oriented work style and confident demeanor • Entrepreneurial thinking and good self-management • High level of teamwork • Good English skills, both written and spoken • Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems
