📋 Description

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, including individuals and groups • Analyze and research travel options • Proactively anticipate traveler needs and sell additional services • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel across air, road, rail, and accommodations • Use Global Distribution Systems, especially Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo • Ensure compliance with customers’ travel policies, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements • Use positive telephone service techniques and handle special customer requests • Collaborate with the team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback • Provide service as part of a 24/7 Traveler Care operation

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of GDS: Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo • Prior experience in business travel • Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs • Professional written and verbal communication • Attention to detail • Act with integrity and protect personal traveler information • Strong understanding of the travel industry, including business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation background • Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently or with suppliers • Teamwork and openness to feedback • Flexibility and preparedness to work Monday to Friday, 7:00–19:00 • 37.5 hours per week • Must reside in the UK
