📋 Description

• Mission: Bringing Behavioral Health into Primary Care by enabling clinics to capture revenue from CPT 99484 • Problem: Primary care clinics lack tools to efficiently identify eligible patients at scale • Product: Amplifier Health's AI-native platform analyzes patient conversations to surface individuals eligible for Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) • Role: Founding Account Executive — pure hunter responsible for building customer base, prospecting into target accounts, running fast sales cycles, and closing net-new business • Responsibilities/Challenges: Execute a Land & Expand playbook; Drive acquisition of the first 10 paying customers targeting MSPCOs and FQHCs; Forge C-suite relationships (CIO, CMIO, CFO, VPs of Population Health); Help refine and build the GTM playbook with co-founders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a top-performing hunter selling complex solutions into the US healthcare market • Active, established network within Multi-Site Primary Care Operators (MSPCOs) and FQHCs • Ability to rapidly learn and articulate CPT code reimbursement, clinical workflows, and multi-modal AI technology • Self-starter who thrives on autonomy, ownership, and building commercial processes from scratch • Motivated by performance, winning deals, exceeding targets, and uncapped commission plus equity upside
