📋 Description

• Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance and support Reactive Maintenance for Gas assets across the Anglian Water region • Plan, organise and deliver the planned maintenance schedule across the region • Manage contractors during planned maintenance activities • Support Engineers in their day-to-day work • Plan and arrange workloads according to business needs • Support projects including optimisation, installation and capital intervention • Organise and lead PPM work • Provide technical and specialist support to Engineers and local boiler operators • Enhance the performance of Gas assets • Support the Gas Manager, including standing in for meetings and planning schedules • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures • Assist with reducing operating costs • Ensure all PPM activities are completed and recorded

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 or HNC, ideally in Electrical bias but can be mechanical (essential) • Formal gas qualifications required (GasSafe / I-Gas) (essential) • CompEx qualification advantageous • Experience of planned preventative maintenance • Operational and maintenance experience in Gas assets • Knowledge of Advanced Digestion advantageous • Supervisory / management experience or recognised qualification • Coaching and mentoring skills • Proven experience with fault finding and problem solving • Strong awareness of Health and Safety practices • Strong communication skills • Competent user of IT • Flexible approach to work, with potential for out-of-hours management standby • Full driving licence essential
