📋 Description

• Own the multi-surface customer experience across web, mobile, and API • Turn product experience strategy and research into shipped navigation and journey improvements • Own the Public API and MCP connectivity, including positioning, developer enablement, and usage growth • Own standard and AI-powered search across the product • Own how customers find bills, POs, and documents, run reports, and follow audit trails • Define how LLM- and agent-powered features should behave for risk-averse finance users • Own account and identity experiences, including self-service 2FA reset and account-owner/admin controls • Prioritise the product-wide roadmap and shape platform architecture • Conduct discovery, define testable hypotheses, establish metrics, and drive post-launch adoption • Use Amplitude, customer evidence, and AI tooling for discovery, prototyping, analysis, and decision-making • Work through the TPL and partner with other teams to ship and adopt products

🎯 Requirements

• Senior B2B SaaS product management experience, independently owning outcomes • Track record owning product-wide capabilities such as search, navigation, account/identity, or reports • Demonstrable platform ownership and architecture-level decision-making involving APIs and shared capabilities • Fluency in technical and architecture trade-offs • Experience across web and mobile, including customer movement between devices mid-task • Shipped AI/LLM-powered products as product partner to engineering or ML teams • Understanding of LLMs, agentic systems, accuracy, latency, cost, evaluation, and trust trade-offs • Hands-on AI literacy and ability to turn an evolving AI strategy into shipped, adopted products • Strong systems thinking and credibility in architecture discussions • Deep data fluency with Amplitude or equivalent; ability to define metrics where none exist • Experience owning security-sensitive account and identity decisions, including 2FA and account-takeover risk • Comfortable reading technical designs and working closely with engineers • Nice to have: fintech, accounting, payments, or another correctness-, permissions-, and auditability-sensitive domain • Nice to have: Public API or developer-platform experience, including API or integration ecosystem adoption • Nice to have: distributed-team experience and cultural awareness/timezone overlap • Must learn the Xero and QuickBooks Online ecosystem quickly • Must be comfortable working through teams without directly managing them
