📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Aquarius Strategies is seeking a Business Development Executive in the CALIFORNIA BAY AREA to join a dynamic and growing organization in the Workers Compensation/Disability Insurance space. • This individual will work closely with patients, insurers, employers, attorneys, brokers, medical providers and Medicare and acts as the face of the organization to clients and members. • This opportunity requires a passion for building new meaningful relationships in an assigned region as well as expanding on the existing ones. • The right candidate will be responsible for growing and fostering stakeholder relationships by sharing the value and benefits of products and services.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of former Sales experience within the Worker’s Compensation industry with a proven record of consistent success. • Understanding of the Worker’s Compensation Industry. • A professional presence and strong interpersonal skills; comfortable building relationships with prospects, clients, and co-workers. • Dependability - consistency in time management, communication, and teamwork. • Ability to work independently on sales opportunities and to collaborate with home office efficiently. • Adaptability - the Business Development Manager will have ease when adapting to a change in their environment, workload, or schedule. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt your communication style with a change in audience. • Aptitude for timely problem solving and confidence to bring solutions to the table. • A strong desire for continuous learning for both yourself and for the organization's benefit.
