• Ensino Superior Completo ou em andamento em Gestão Comercial, Marketing, Administração ou TI. • Experiência como BDR Pleno, preferencialmente em empresas de tecnologia. • Domínio de metodologias de vendas consultivas, como Rapport, SPIN Selling, BANT, GPTC, entre outros. • Comunicação clara e assertiva, tanto em interações telefônicas quanto digitais. • Foco em compreender as necessidades do cliente e oferecer soluções adequadas. • Perfil organizado, disciplinado e orientado a metas e resultados. • Responsável por realizar ligações e interagir com novos clientes, apresentando soluções que gerem valor real ao negócio.
