📋 Description

• Collaborating with the Product Owner to create and refine User Stories and Acceptance Criteria • Participating in 3-month rough planning and defining iteration (sprint) goals • Engaging in research and prototyping • Working closely with product architects to refine technical solutions • Applying best design and coding practices to create high-quality components • Developing solutions and ensuring iteration goals are met • Writing automated tests to ensure code quality • Participating in code reviews to maintain high standards • Continuously improving team processes • Promoting knowledge sharing across the team and beyond

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in Poland • Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns • Development Knowledge: .Net, C#, JS, TS, SQL • Collaboration & teamwork • A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning • Flexibility in adapting to change • Excellent planning and organizational skills • Strong problem analysis and solution-solving capabilities • Attention to detail in all aspects of development
