📋 Description

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring daily progress, alignment, and delivery quality • Ensure consistency in coding standards, documentation, observability, and CI/CD pipelines across all automation projects. • Oversee end-to-end delivery of implementation projects — from development to testing, deployment, and production handoff • Collaborate with Strategic Analytics leadership and business units to translate AI/automation concepts into executable technical designs • Contribute and promote evolving best standards and practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, or data integration, with at least 1+ year in a management or lead role • Proven experience working with offshore development teams and managing distributed delivery models • Strong technical foundation in Python, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), and APIs/microservices
