📋 Description

• Manage and maintain Carrier Terms of Business Agreements (ToBAs) for accuracy and regulatory compliance • Onboard new Carriers, complete due diligence, and coordinate internal approvals • Negotiate ToBAs in line with company standards • Handle queries relating to mergers, acquisitions, clause changes, and novations • Support administration of Delegated Underwriting Authorities (DUAs) • Assist with internal and external audit requests • Help ensure smooth onboarding, strong ongoing relationships, and compliance across the Carrier network

🎯 Requirements

• Experience ideally from insurance, financial services, compliance, or a legal environment • Organised, confident, and able to juggle multiple priorities • Strong communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to build relationships quickly • Curious and proactive • Comfortable working independently • Creative problem-solving ability • Calm under pressure and adaptable to change • Must uphold professional and respectful workplace conduct • Successful candidates undergo employment, address, credit history, and standard criminal record checks
