📋 Description

• Lead and improve analysis and data exchange across insurer placement, placement initiatives, client retention, and new business pipelines • Handle reporting, insurance data changes, and data questions from internal and external stakeholders • Interrogate, transform, model, and visualise data from various sources • Provide accurate and insightful management information to support strategic decisions • Identify and present changes and trends in client data • Prepare reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across solutions • Oversee the end-to-end placement support process • Support brokers and placement teams with market submissions, placement documentation, and insurer communications • Monitor placement activity and identify operational improvements • Prepare and analyse key information for internal and external meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience within the insurance industry • Strong understanding of insurance operations and placement processes • Proven experience using Acturis to analyse and review placement and broking activity • In-depth knowledge and experience of the regulatory / legislative framework within the financial services market • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, and PowerPoint • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and management information for senior stakeholders • Experience managing and influencing various stakeholders and adhering to agreed timelines • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail • Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions tailored to insurance operations • Flexibility and adaptability to changing business demands • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
