📋 Description

• Design engaging, user-friendly digital experiences across web-based platforms and products • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma and other design tools • Conduct and contribute to user research, usability testing and validation activities • Translate complex business requirements and legacy processes into simple, intuitive digital solutions • Support and evolve design systems, component libraries and UI standards across multiple brands and platforms • Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and responsive design best practices • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, business stakeholders and external agencies throughout the design and development lifecycle • Produce clear design documentation and support handover, testing and implementation • Contribute to innovation initiatives and continuous improvement across digital products and services

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in UX/UI design, ideally within complex digital environments • Strong proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping and interactive design • Experience creating user flows, sitemaps, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes • Sound understanding of user-centred design principles, usability testing and user research methodologies • Experience working within Agile delivery environments • Ability to translate business requirements and customer insights into effective digital experiences • Knowledge of accessibility standards, responsive design and digital best practices • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS and component-based design) would be advantageous • Experience working within regulated industries, financial services, fintech or similarly complex environments would be highly beneficial • Must uphold company values and act professionally and respectfully • Must contribute to a workplace free from bullying, harassment, victimisation and other inappropriate behaviours
