• Own the change management workstream on complex client engagements • Partner with Engagement and Project Managers to create detailed OCM workplans and deliverable inventories • Apply Argano's LIFT delivery methodology and tailor change strategies to client situations • Manage one or more concurrent projects while maintaining quality, pace, and stakeholder confidence • Lead change management strategies and plans to maximize adoption and minimize resistance • Conduct change impact assessments and develop targeted intervention plans • Develop stakeholder analysis and engagement plans • Coach executives and senior leaders in active, visible sponsorship • Prepare leadership messaging, talking points, and facilitation support • Design and execute communications strategies, plans, calendars, and content • Measure communication effectiveness and adjust approaches based on feedback • Support training strategy, design, development, and delivery • Develop job aids, quick reference guides, and sustainment tools • Contribute to Argano's OCM methodologies, tools, templates, and accelerators • Lead OCM capabilities within the community of practice and mentor junior practitioners • Contribute OCM expertise to proposals and business development pursuits • Build client relationships that generate expansion opportunities and long-term partnerships • Participate in thought leadership and knowledge-sharing activities
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; psychology, organizational behavior, communications, business, or HR disciplines are strong fits • Prosci ADKAR certification or equivalent change management certification is strongly preferred • 5+ years of hands-on organizational change management experience on complex, enterprise-scale transformation programs • Demonstrated end-to-end OCM delivery capability — from change strategy through stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and sustainment • Proven experience working directly with senior executives as an OCM coach and advisor • Solid understanding of change psychology, resistance patterns, adoption curves, and movement from awareness to commitment • Experience building relationships across all organizational levels, from front-line employees to C-suite executives • Experience on large-scale organizational change efforts, including enterprise technology implementations, process transformation, restructuring, or post-merger integration • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to influence without formal authority, navigate ambiguity, and align diverse stakeholders • Experience delivering OCM on enterprise technology implementations preferred • Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theory preferred • Experience with stakeholder analysis and engagement tools, change readiness assessments, and resistance management frameworks preferred • Experience managing or leading a small OCM team or workstream (4+ people) preferred • Up to 50% travel to client sites, depending on project phase and engagement requirements
