• Own and deliver regional revenue targets, including bookings, pipeline, and margin objectives • Develop and complete sales plans aligned with company-wide strategy • Drive consistent pipeline generation and conversion through proactive deal management • Lead complex, high-value deals and strategic negotiations • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and strategic accounts • Supervise account planning and ensure strong customer retention and expansion strategies • Act as the point of contact for critical customer issues and ensure rapid resolution of partner concerns • Champion customer-centric selling and ensure delivery of high customer satisfaction (NPS / CSAT targets) • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing regional sales team • Define and complete the EMEA sales strategy in alignment with global priorities • Own accurate and timely sales forecasting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) • Establish and implement guidelines across sales operations and processes • Collaborate with Marketing on demand generation and campaign effectiveness
• 10+ years of sales experience, with significant leadership responsibility in EMEA • Experience in Class III casino games • Consistent record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets • Experience leading geographically distributed teams • Strong background in complex enterprise sales and deal negotiation • Demonstrated ability to build and complete strategic sales plans • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools • Must be authorized to work in the job posting location for this position on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
