📋 Description

• Own product features end-to-end, from design through production • Build user-facing experiences in React and TypeScript • Design and ship backend services with Python and FastAPI • Partner with product, design, and engineering peers to turn ambiguous problems into shipped software • Participate in code reviews and help shape engineering practices • Improve development processes, including testing, CI/CD, and observability • Contribute across backend services, data infrastructure, and the web application powering the healthcare AI platform

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of strong full-stack experience with Python (FastAPI or similar) and TypeScript with React • Experience designing schemas and writing non-trivial SQL against relational databases • PostgreSQL experience • Working knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines • Familiarity with Redis, queueing systems, or other parts of a modern production stack • Experience building and operating production systems in a cloud environment • GCP experience • Ability to communicate clearly in English, written and verbal • Background in ambiguous, early-stage environments with ownership and limited scaffolding • Meaningful overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours during the workday • Experience in regulated environments and a security-minded approach to design is nice to have • Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform is nice to have
