📋 Description

• Research and identify potential restaurant customers across Canada (with a focus on the GTA). • Run outbound prospecting campaigns through cold calls, emails, social outreach, and in-person visits when needed. • Qualify leads based on business needs, decision-making processes, and readiness to adopt Sadie. • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Partnerships, and Account Executives to hand off qualified leads and develop strategies for target accounts. • Maintain detailed activity and pipeline records in the CRM. • Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly outreach and meeting goals. • Represent Sadie with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a genuine understanding of the restaurant industry.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (hospitality experience is a plus). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re confident on the phone and engaging in person. • Grit, resilience, and curiosity—you thrive on learning, experimenting, and improving every day. • Comfort with CRM tools and outbound engagement platforms. • Passion for restaurants, technology, and helping businesses succeed. • Based in Toronto and comfortable with occasional in-person outreach and events.
