⢠Identify, engage, and qualify new customers across the DACH region ⢠Build and maintain a scalable outbound pipeline ⢠Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and ICP definition ⢠Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns ⢠Lead product demos and customer presentations ⢠Prepare proposals and manage commercial negotiations ⢠Use modern sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI tools) ⢠Maintain accurate forecasting and track key sales KPIs ⢠Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and messaging ⢠Coordinate with Professional Services for seamless handover of new clients
⢠Fluent, native-level German (written and spoken) ⢠Strong English skills for internal communication ⢠2+ years of B2B sales experience (software/SaaS preferred) ⢠Experience in a hybrid SDR/AE role or similar environment ⢠Strong communication and presentation skills ⢠Proficiency with CRM systems and LinkedIn-based outreach ⢠Structured, analytical, KPI-driven working style ⢠High level of ownership, proactivity, and independence ⢠Willingness to travel within the DACH region when needed
