• Identify and qualify as many TA Director/VP of TA prospects as possible by engaging them effectively. • Generate leads across the UK and US market through a multi-channel approach: cold calling, email outreach, social selling, inbound marketing, events, and more. • Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executives and support opportunities through to closing. • Actively contribute to lead generation through attending TA-focused events. • Monitor industry trends and experiment with new prospecting methods to continuously improve your performance.
• 12 months+ experience in an outbound sales or recruiting role • Highly comfortable with digital tools, especially AI-powered tools. • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. • A true learner: make mistakes, learn from them, move on. • Sharp, engaging, and able to capture attention with your outreach. • A true competitive spirit with a strong drive to achieve results.
