📋 Description

• Lead delivery with vision in transportation project delivery • Balance risk, opportunity, and financial returns in commercial management • Provide commercial advice on contract documentation preparation and negotiation • Develop and implement commercial strategy on projects • Mentor junior members of the commercial team • Ensure compliance with the Company Management System • Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders within project deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of successful project delivery in a commercial management role (Transport, Water, and Energy sectors) • Expert in contract management and change control • Experience with NEC & NEC PSC contract forms • Ability to develop and implement procurement and supply chain initiatives • Understanding of procurement law and regulations • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail • Verbal and written communication skills including reporting and contractual correspondence • Experience in leading and motivating a team within a large-scale business
