📋 Description

• Establish and lead stakeholder review cadences for key strategic initiatives • Highlight progress, foster teaming, identify risks, issues, and concerns, and drive resolution • Work with teams on program and project management principles, tools, and best practices • Develop metrics to measure, monitor, and report program and strategic initiative progress • Identify areas for continual improvement in process and execution • Monitor project resource demand and capacity and highlight concerns • Communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams • Gain stakeholder buy-in and drive delivery to project schedules • Report program and project status, progress, and risks to executive sponsors, stakeholders, and team members • Manage project expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Project and program leadership experience, with emphasis in visible technology programs that include senior stakeholders • Ability to manage remotely • Independent leadership and ability to work effectively independently and within a team • Strong background in agile, waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies • Experience applying program and project management best practices, tools, and techniques in hybrid environments • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Acute attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability balanced with sound business judgment • Skilled in MS Office, Teams, and Project toolsets • Confidence using and understanding a broad range of enterprise tools • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and experience in process definition and mapping • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional people skills and ability to build strong relationships across all levels • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
