• Master and evangelize Aura’s story and mission to create a safer internet • Become an expert on Aura’s digital safety product suite • Make daily outbound calls to existing customers about enhanced protection options, upgrades, and additional features • Consult and advise customers on personalized online safety solutions • Achieve or exceed monthly upsell and revenue targets • Collaborate with team members to improve sales approaches and customer experience • Stay informed about industry trends and cybersecurity news to advise customers
