• As a member of their Sales Hunter team, you will play a critical role in expanding our existing client base. • Focus is predominantly on new business growth (hunting). • You will work closely with the team to build and maintain a sales pipeline in the region, progress opportunities through the pipeline and negotiate to closure. • The ideal candidate is a deal-maker, empathic, self-motivated, a critical thinker, problem solver, well-spoken, professional, and is able to present confidently to small and large groups including at the Executive level. • Core responsibilities include all aspects of sales and business development including lead generation, relationship building, pipeline management, proposal development, high level solutions design, and pricing. • Development and cultivation with key client stakeholders and prospects, regular client contact including onsite visits, and accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and other sales processes.
• 5+ successful years’ experience in a sales executive role and experience in dealing with demanding customers • Expertise in analyzing and understanding clients’ business and needs, preferably having consultative sales experience • Capacity to drive insightful/knowledge-based conversations with customers • Strong communication skills as well as solution and goal-oriented action • Open and communicative personality. Intercultural competence and persistence • Able to express controversial views and assertive with all with whom it communicates • Industry expertise within FSI (Banking or Insurance) is a plus
