• For their German subsidiary, our client offers a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager • Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create and implement business strategies • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients • Identifying new markets and business opportunities • Directing and coordinating marketing activities in the region • Planning and executing region’s business development strategy for complete product line • Developing new business opportunities in sales and after-sales areas • Advising existing and new potential customers in the areas of industrial communication solutions • Actively getting new leads, business opportunities and projects in the region • Providing daily support and building close relations with existing regional sales channels • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness in the region • Planning, managing, and supporting marketing activities in the region, representing company in marketing events • Resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction • Building and keeping strong, long-term customers relations • Monitoring customer performance, project tracking, sales forecasting, regular reporting • Analyzing market conditions, trends, competitors, and pricing structures to create opportunities for increasing market share • Conducting research for new technologies or potential products to identify opportunities for growth • Coordinating with PM and R&D Teams to create solutions or product features as well as recommending improvements or customization • Working remotely and travelling
