📋 Description

• Turn conversations with customers, executives, engineers, and internal subject-matter experts into LinkedIn posts, case studies, ebooks, campaigns, and other content • Translate complex manufacturing, quality, engineering, and technical concepts into clear and engaging stories • Own short- and long-form writing while maintaining a distinctive and authentic Axion voice • Use AI tools to brainstorm, accelerate, and scale content creation while maintaining editorial judgment and high-quality human-written work • Develop content for the full marketing funnel, from awareness through consideration and engagement • Help define and build Axion’s content narrative, voice, and approach from the ground up • Interview customers and subject-matter experts to uncover compelling stories, insights, and perspectives • Partner with the Marketing team and company leadership to identify high-impact content opportunities • Report to the Global VP of Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, copywriting, or a closely related writing role • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills across both short- and long-form content • Strong interviewing skills with customers and subject-matter experts • Ability to understand and translate complex technical topics for different audiences • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including audience, positioning, messaging, and the marketing funnel • Experience using AI writing and productivity tools thoughtfully • Ability to operate independently and build structure in an ambiguous, fast-moving startup environment • Experience writing about technical, industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or complex B2B topics is a plus • Portfolio or writing samples demonstrating range, quality, and storytelling ability • Must answer whether visa sponsorship will be required to work in the United States
