📋 Description

• Cultivate and manage business relationships with the A&E program members • Build relationships with new consultants within this business area • Support consultants by advising on specifications around Axis network products • Support and develop our identified focus accounts within the A&E program • Proactively educate the consultant community on the key challenges of the industry • Educate specifiers on the smart use of Axis design tools • Define strategy and actions in line with the EMEA Head region • Align the A&E program with the activities of our sales teams • Work collaboratively in a virtual team with peers from Axis sales regions worldwide

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience • Articulate and possess engaging presentation skills • Experience developing and executing business plans that exceed your objectives • A self-driven and motivated person • Creative in your thinking and keep a can-do, positive attitude • An active spokesperson in industry forums and associations • Familiar with systems such as CRM and Salesforce • Fluent in English, written and spoken
