📋 Description

• Expand our workspace business in the Western Germany region • Maintain and grow an existing network while actively acquiring new customers • Project acquisition & deal closing – you identify opportunities and drive them to close • Present our workspace solutions to partners, architects, and clients • Conduct product trainings and participate in regional events & trade shows • Independently plan your week, appointments, and market strategy • Market analysis, competitor monitoring, and active input on products & pricing • Close collaboration with Inside Sales, Product Management & Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or vocational (trade) training • Experience in project business (processes, decision-makers, stakeholders) • Strong sales personality with excellent closing ability and a focus on building sustainable relationships • High level of initiative, strong organizational skills, and enjoyment of working in the field • Driver's license (Class B) • Experience in the furniture, interior design, or workspace sector • Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365), MS Office, and Teams
