📋 Description

• Complete rotations and assignments in commercial and supply-chain finance, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and investor relations • Participate in structured career development activities and receive coaching and mentoring • Contribute to business outcomes through assignment project delivery • Interact with peers and network with global Finance business leaders • Solve critical international business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams • Develop finance, accounting, business, and leadership skills through classroom training and rotational assignments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management or Math • GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 or equivalent • Maximum three years’ work experience post-degree • Fluent in English (oral and written) • Effective communication skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement improvements • Collaborative team mindset with continuous learning, accountability, and integrity • Geographically mobile due to location availability of role • Legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying without sponsorship or time restrictions
