📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day support for Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning queries through ServiceNow • Manage system administration, including configuration, security, integrations, and data quality • Resolve incidents and identify preventative design improvements • Review and refine finance business processes for simplicity, standardisation, and automation • Develop and maintain Workday Report Writer reporting and analytics solutions • Assess new Workday functionality and release updates for Finance • Partner with the Finance community and AMS partner Cloud Rock on operations and continuous improvement • Lead and support Workday/Adaptive projects from requirements gathering and solution design through build, testing, and deployment • Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and HCM colleagues on integrated cross-functional solutions • Document as-is and to-be processes, requirements traceability, and measurable benefits • Support change management through testing, training, and communications • Contribute to roadmap planning and the future direction of the Workday Finance platform

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (mandatory) • 2+ years’ Workday Financials experience • Hands-on FP&A exposure • Expertise in Workday Financials configuration, business processes, security, and reporting • Expertise in Workday Financials, especially Financial Accounting and Adaptive • Broad understanding of Finance processes including Accounting, Planning, AR, AP, Tax, and Treasury • Strong accounting fundamentals with a focus on FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) • Ability to connect people, process, data, and technology holistically • Continuous improvement mindset • Excellent stakeholder skills • Confidence engaging across technical and non-technical teams
