📋 Description

• Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels • Make cold calls to targeted industries and decision-makers • Research companies and contacts before outreach • Follow up with warm leads generated through marketing campaigns • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects • Qualification & Meeting Booking • Qualify prospects and identify potential opportunities • Handle objections professionally and keep conversations moving forward • Schedule qualified meetings directly into the founder’s calendar • Follow up consistently with prospects who are not yet ready to engage • Work toward monthly meeting and pipeline generation targets • CRM & Pipeline Management • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking • Manage multiple conversations and opportunities at the same time • Share feedback from outreach conversations to improve targeting and messaging

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in appointment setting, business development, lead generation, or outbound B2B sales (at least 3 years) • Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, and professional communication style • Strong cold calling skills and comfort speaking with decision-makers • Ability to build rapport quickly and hold natural business conversations • Strong written English for LinkedIn and email outreach • Ability to handle objections calmly and professionally • Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline organization • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
