📋 Description

• Deliver one or more technology projects in line with Plan, Build, Run and Cyber processes • Create project plans and supporting documentation • Link project planning with Agile backlogs, resourcing demands and work distribution across projects and teams • Work with stakeholders to plan required business change and technical development • Define, approve, manage and control project scope throughout delivery • Identify, communicate, manage, escalate and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions • Establish project roles, responsibilities and commitments • Manage scope, cost and time changes using change control • Provide regular reporting to the line manager, governance forums and project teams • Manage project costs, budgets and forecasts; review spend against the business case and identify overspend risks

🎯 Requirements

• Technology-focused professional • Demonstrated successful project delivery in an Agile environment • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Formal Scrum and/or Project Management training • Knowledge of project planning and tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Basecamp, Confluence and JIRA • Strong planning skills, including schedules, resource allocation, issue management and tracking • Organized, detail-oriented and thorough • Strong interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills • Strong motivation and initiative
