📋 Description

• Design, develop, customize, extend, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite R12 solutions focused on Order-to-Cash / Order-to-Revenue processes • Develop technical designs and specifications from functional and business requirements • Develop and support PL/SQL APIs, Forms, Reports, Workflows, Concurrent Programs, Alerts, interfaces, and other RICEW components • Design and develop Oracle EBS integrations with third-party applications using Oracle Integrated SOA Gateway, APIs, open interfaces, and related technologies • Support Oracle EBS integration with RevPro Revenue Management or similar revenue recognition systems • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues, including performance tuning and optimization • Support Revenue Systems monthly pre-close and close activities and revenue report tie-outs • Participate in upgrades, patches, regression testing, use-case testing, and production deployments • Design and document enhancements and customizations, including BRDs, technical specifications, test cases, and supporting documentation • Support UAT and work directly with business users to resolve incidents, process issues, and application problems • Participate in offshore Revenue Systems support activities and related Oracle EBS and Revenue Systems projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 10+ years of Oracle EBS development experience, preferably in a multi-org environment • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 and PL/SQL development • Required Order-to-Cash experience • Required expertise in Oracle Integrated SOA Gateway (ISG) • Extensive experience developing Oracle Apps RICEW components • Knowledge of PL/SQL and SQL; Oracle Forms and Reports; XML/BI Publisher; Workflow Builder; SQL*Loader; Oracle APIs and Open Interfaces • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing, Planning, and Supply Chain applications • Experience with Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, Install Base, Service Contracts, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger • Experience integrating Oracle EBS with RevPro Revenue Management is highly desirable • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and performance-tuning skills • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions • Experience interacting directly with business users for requirements gathering, solution demonstrations, UAT, production support, and issue resolution • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills • Ability to work independently on complex problems while collaborating with onsite and offshore teams
