📋 Description
• Own revenue performance across the existing customer base • Balance growth through upsell and cross-sell with retention through upgrades, renewals, and churn reduction • Act as the data-driven bridge between the Account team and Customer Success • Use HubSpot as the system of record • Use Power BI as the storytelling engine • Solve complex challenges through creativity, partnership, and technology
