• Generate sales leads in support of the achievement of sales objectives to impact business development and lead generation. • Responsible for cold calling new potential prospective clients, prospect leads gone cold, or web leads. • Provides prospective customers/clients with basic information of services offered and generates “first” call scheduled for Managing Directors. • Support in processing new business leads and may be responsible for scheduling follow-up. • Identify business opportunities and develop leads. • Communicates business value proposition to prospective clients. • Develop a basic understanding of competitors, their offerings, and strategies. • Proactively develop connections with new prospects and actively build existing relationships. • Monitor the sales lead process for the team, ensuring leads are assigned and executed against in a timely manner; tracked and monitored in Salesforce CRM. • Conduct outreach to prospects to coordinate meetings with Sales Team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications required, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. • Experience with CRM and/or other data management systems. • Excellent verbal communication and strong writing skills. • Demonstrates professionalism in communications including over telephone. • Possess proven researching abilities.
