🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years in generalist HR roles • Experience in scaling environments (100–250+ employees) • Background in Software, SaaS, Technology, or Professional Services • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution • Proven success in building and scaling HR systems • Solid knowledge of UK employment law
