• Manage clients in the Corporate, MICE, and Leisure segments • Proactively acquire new business clients and identify sales opportunities in the lodging and events areas • Prepare and draft corporate contracts • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships • Conduct company and client visits as well as property tours • Analyze the location and continuously monitor market developments • Implement efficient, creative sales and marketing strategies • Support Sales Managers in creating action plans, analyses, and reports • Maintain brand-relevant RFP tools and sales systems
• Experience in the hotel industry, ideally in sales/B2B • Excellent proficiency in German and English (business fluent) • Confident and professional demeanor • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style • Willingness to travel within the sales territory • Strong service orientation and hospitality mindset
