• As the Sales Manager for the D‑A‑CH region you act as an entrepreneur within the company — taking full ownership of your market. • You independently develop your market and build a sustainable sales pipeline — with a clear focus on new customer acquisition. • You work closely and collaboratively with our SDR team, which supports you with qualified leads, meetings and market insights. • You take ownership of the most promising opportunities, conduct consultative meetings, further develop the business case and confidently close deals. • At the same time you proactively engage in the market: cold calling, social selling, targeted networking and face‑to‑face meetings are standard tools in your toolkit. • You understand the value of our software solutions and position BESTMIX as a strategic partner for our customers. • Together with SDRs, marketing and sales leadership you develop effective acquisition strategies and continuously improve our go‑to‑market approaches.
• 3–5 years’ experience in B2B software sales, ideally in a scaling or fast‑paced environment • You are a true hunter who enjoys winning new customers — structured, persistent and strong at closing • You view working with SDRs as a lever to maximize focus, reach and close rates • Cold calling is not a necessary evil for you, but an effective tool • You use digital tools (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM systems) confidently for lead generation and account development • You impress with a professional demeanor, strong presentations and commercial acumen • You communicate fluently in German and confidently in English
