📋 Description

• You take overall strategic responsibility at group level for Public Affairs in Germany, including topic prioritization, stakeholder management and integrated campaign planning. • For additional European markets, you develop independent Public Affairs strategies and implement them effectively. • You systematically monitor and evaluate political and regulatory developments in Germany and across Europe and derive concrete options for action. • You strategically manage external Public Affairs consultants and agencies at national and international levels. • You represent the Bikeleasing Group in political committees, associations and relevant industry networks, closely aligning Public Affairs content with corporate, brand and communications strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• You have several years of experience in Public Affairs, Government Relations, political consulting or a comparable role. • You have experience working in international or multinational Public Affairs structures. • In addition to English at a minimum of C1 level, you speak at least one other EU language at a very good level (B2/C1). • High levels of independence, political confidence, integrity and strategic thinking are among your strengths. • Ideally, you have experience and a robust network in the mobility or bicycle industry. • If your place of residence is Berlin or the surrounding area, this completes your profile.
