• Identificar y prospectar nuevos clientes en mercados potenciales, enfocados en la generación de leads cualificados. • Establecer contacto inicial con leads y generar oportunidades de ventas mediante llamadas, correos electrónicos y otros canales de comunicación. • Gestionar la agenda de reuniones para el equipo de ventas, asegurando que los leads se conviertan en oportunidades reales. • Realizar un seguimiento continuo a los prospectos y mantener relaciones a largo plazo. • Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo comercial para alinear la estrategia de ventas y maximizar las oportunidades. • Mantener actualizada la información de clientes y prospectos en el CRM.
• Experiencia previa en ventas, marketing o generación de leads, preferentemente en entornos B2B. • Nivel Avanzado de Ingles (B2 o C1 preferentemente). • Buen manejo de herramientas digitales y plataformas de CRM (idealmente PipeDrive o similar). • Capacidad de comunicación efectiva y persuasiva, tanto oral como escrita. • Autonomía y proactividad para trabajar de manera remota. • Conocimiento de diferentes técnicas de Outreach, para contactar clientes mediante Linkiedin, Email, Telefono, Redes sociales. • Habilidad para organizar su tiempo y gestionar múltiples oportunidades de manera eficiente. • Actitud positiva, enfoque en resultados y ganas de aprender y desarrollarse profesionalmente.
