📋 Description

• Act as a technical reference for the development and requirements analysis teams • Provide technical guidance to developers on coding best practices, testing and design • Support the team in defining viable and sustainable technical solutions • Ensure the technical quality of deliveries, aligning technology with business objectives • Participate in technical refinements and help transform requirements into implementable solutions • Assess technical risks and propose mitigations for issues and bottlenecks • Review code (code review) and standardize development practices • Facilitate communication between technical and business areas • Contribute to technical organization and sprint planning • Mentor and develop the team’s technical talent • Support the team in removing technical impediments • Participate in the evolution of the system architecture • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in backend development with Java EE (EJB) and RESTful APIs • Extensive knowledge in frontend development (Angular, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript) • Knowledge of SQL and experience with DB2 and SQL Server • Knowledge of software architecture, especially core design patterns and microservices • Practical experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Git, and Maven • Familiarity with quality and code analysis tools (Sonar, unit testing) • Experience with observability (logs, metrics, traces, and APMs) • Familiarity with agile management tools (Jira, Confluence) • Clear communication skills with technical teams and business stakeholders • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Ability to provide technical mentorship and develop people • Knowledge of data modeling and relational databases • Systemic view and the ability to make technical decisions based on business value • Java certification (advantage) • Experience with financial or banking systems (advantage)
