📋 Description

• Own and close new business in US Markets for Bito’s AI Code Review and Architect Agents • Design and execute sales strategies to penetrate software-driven companies • Drive outbound pipeline across enterprise and mid-market dev teams • Collaborate with marketing and partnerships for lead generation and events • Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, demos, pilots, negotiation, close • Partner with product and engineering to deliver feedback from the field • Help build our go-to-market motion: CRM, pipeline hygiene, forecasting

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in developer tools, SaaS, or GenAI • Deep curiosity about AI and the future of software engineering • Ability to communicate technical value clearly to both developers and execs • Experience navigating complex sales cycles with technical buyers • Self-starter who thrives in early-stage ambiguity and wears multiple hats • Strong written and verbal communication with follow-through • Preferred candidates have some engineering background and experience selling developer tools.
