📋 Description

• Inspecting racking systems at customer sites in Germany and, occasionally, abroad • Communicating with customers, inspectors, and field service representatives • Technically processing and clarifying customer inquiries • Up-selling and cross-selling BITO products during customer visits • Performing maintenance on PROmotion, PROmobile, and LEO, including minor service assignments • Handling complaints and identifying solutions to problems

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician (m/f/d), with additional qualification as a qualified electrician • Alternatively, completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d), with additional qualification as a qualified electrician • Alternatively, vocational training as an Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d); additional training as a qualified electrician will be provided • Experience performing maintenance and service work is an advantage • Good spoken and written English skills • Willingness to undertake extensive travel • Independent working style, strong organizational skills, and a high level of personal responsibility
