• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to support growth strategies and GTM priorities • Establish a consistent sales operating rhythm that aligns sales reps and leaders around focus, accountability, and performance insights. • Own pipeline management and forecasting frameworks in partnership with Sales Leadership • Own the end-to-end sales process mapping, documentation, and optimization to improve efficiency and productivity • Evaluate and implement sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo)
