📋 Description
• Lead complex client engagements end-to-end — discovery, strategy, IA, design, prototype, handoff. • Anticipate and resolve issues that derail design teams. • Push AI practice forward and share what's working. • Build durable design systems within complex engagements. • Participate in pre-sales with accurate estimations and risk assessments. • Mentor the designers around you and help adopt new tools.
🎯 Requirements
• 5–8 years in product design • Expert Figma • Comfortable working close to code • Real, demonstrable use of AI tooling in your design process • Excellent communication • Accurate estimation on complex projects • Pre-sales experience is a plus.
