📋 Description

• Lead and evolve the People function end-to-end • Cover recruitment, People operations, performance, compensation, compliance, and employee experience • Report to the Fractional Chief People Officer • Work closely with the CEO, founders, and executive team • Line manage the Talent Manager and HR Generalist • Own and adapt People policies and frameworks • Lead senior and hard-to-fill hires • Manage People operations across multiple countries and cultures • Partner closely with a strong leader-led leadership team

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in senior People or HR roles • Experience in cybersecurity, hosting, SaaS, or adjacent technical and e-commerce environments • Strong practical knowledge of global employment law • Comfortable working with external providers and navigating multiple jurisdictions • Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field • Resilient, pragmatic, and emotionally intelligent • Experience working in fully remote organisations
