• A proven track record in a hunter / farmer sales role, balancing new business generation with account growth and retention. • Experience consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets, ideally £720,000+ annually or equivalent. • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing capability, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers. • Excellent commercial awareness, resilience, and drive, with the ability to maintain momentum in a target-led environment. • Strong CRM and pipeline management skills, ideally including Salesforce and Microsoft 365 tools. • Experience within GRC, cyber security, compliance, professional services, or solution-led B2B sales would be highly advantageous.
